Real estate appraisal, property valuation or land valuation is the process of developing an opinion of value for real property.
The role of the appraiser is to provide objective, impartial, and unbiased opinions about the value of real property—providing assistance to those who own, manage, sell, invest in, and/or lend money on the security of real estate.
Appraisals may be required for any type of property, including single-family homes, apartment buildings and condominiums, office buildings, shopping centers, industrial sites, and farms.
Vanessa Mann, MAI

Vanessa Mann, MAI is a commercially licensed and Certified Real Estate Appraiser. Her experience includes over twenty years with White Appraisal Co., Inc., performing a variety of appraisals in every town and city of Rhode Island.
She has a BS from Rhode Island College (year that she graduated). She lives in Western Coventry with her husband, and four children.
S. Keith White Jr., SRA, SRPA
Appraiser
Keith White has been an appraiser since 1977. He holds both the SRPA and SRA designations with the Appraisal Institute. In addition to performing appraisals in every town and city of Rhode Island, as well as many nearby Massachusetts communities, he has also provided court testimony in a variety of Rhode Island Courts, as well as zoning board testimony in many communities. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rhode Island (1975). He lives in Central Coventry with his wife Nancy.
Jennifer White

Jennifer White has an Appraisal Trainee license, and has been with White Appraisal Co., Inc., since 2005. In addition to performing appraisals, she is also the Finance Officer/Office Manager for the company.
She has a BS degree from Rhode Island College, graduating cum laude in 2005. Jennifer lives in Central Coventry with her husband David.
